Questions, questions...

A Pennsylvania 911 Dispatcher didn't relay information about weapons to officers who responded to a disturbance that would claim their lives.

When you're getting information about a 'routine' disturbance are you asking the right questions? If your dispatcher gives you this information are you taking it to heart?
